which parts of Maui and the Big Island of Hawaii are more green / savage / better to hike away from mass tourism?
wishing to spend a weeks in Hawaii. is the idea of my actually being in nature, hiking, doing my own thing (landscape photography). Besides the beaches, looking for green lush, incredible scenery, I know that there is much that does not exist, just to know what areas are the best bets. thanks in advance!
Hello, Maui is the best island by far, for landscapes and things to do. Try a drive around the island. There are some incredible landscapes. Also, try a Tyrolean expedition. They will take through lush walking 2 miles. Consider mauiadventures.com. I want to do your own thing. But the best way to see what you want is for the issue. Have fun! (I just got back and miss it very much.)
