Is it body heat better than wearing a jacket?
My friends and I went hiking and got caught in an ice / rain storm. Temps dropped 30 degrees and we were in the storm for 5 hours. One of us was a shirt with sleevless EANS, the other had long sleeves and jeans, and a third person had shorts and a shirt with short sleeves. According to a scientific fact that the person would be the warmest? Note that we were all with water drinched cold rain. 30 degrees
